Whither Justice...

 In the annals of History, the year 2020 will be remembered for many reasons and issues. 

One of the burning topics of this chequered span of time is Justice For... one and many...!

Some are more equal than others; this was exemplified by the legal cases ,filed in the courts: Session; High & Apex court. 

The mysterious Case of the death of A Bollywood Star; whose loyal followers, fans, family and friends, staged a massive protest, rallied support from the common public and launched a campaign for Justice for #SSR. 

It's still ongoing and has had a monumental impact on the Hindi #Movie Industry. 

The detractors & supporters alike have been vocal about it. The social media sites have been abuzz with the implications of the case and it has stirred a hornet's nest, nationwide. 

These sites have kept the public updated about various developments of the case ; leading to a lot of skeletons have tumbled out of the cupboard. 

Many national security agencies are investigating the case and the Industry associated with the case. 

Media reports, media trials and exposé of high profile celebrities has exacerbated the issue. 

Justice, meanwhile, has eluded those, who are actively seeking it and the one who lost his Life...!

The plea for Justice for #AG the Editor-In-Chief of a Media Group. His vociferous investigative reportage and expose of high profile & prominent people led to a severe backlash against him. 

His dubious arrest  and the subsequent incarceration led to a nationwide protest. 

The Apex Court moved in his favour and he was released from prison. 

Justice was delayed but prevailed...albeit post a lot of power play and politics. 

The underbelly of the Law enforcement agencies and the various political parties has been exposed, big time. 

Last but not the least, Justice for #Farmers... It's still ongoing, as one pens one's observations. 

This particular protest & outcry is against a proposed agricultural Bill and their demands to the Central  government to rescind it. 

The government is not conceding; hence, a deadlock...

The travesty of #Justice delayed; denied & circumvented, manifests  in all the domains: Public, personal and National.  

Life, meanwhile, goes on. Regardless, irrespective, seemingly immune... it's affected & infected only by biological warfare; unleashed by the virus...
